By accessing or using Custom Packaging website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Custom Packaging provides custom packaging design, printing, and manufacturing services. All orders are subject to our production capabilities, material availability, and these terms.

3. Orders and Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on artwork requirements, material costs, and order specifications. An order is confirmed only after we receive your approval of the final proof and payment terms are agreed upon.

4. Artwork and Design

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We offer design services at additional cost. You represent that you own or have the rights to use all artwork, logos, images, and content submitted for printing.

5. Proofs and Approval

Digital proofs will be provided for approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for errors including spelling, grammar, color, dimensions, and design. Once you approve a proof, Custom Packaging is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

6. Production and Shipping

Standard production time is 2-3 weeks after proof approval. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Custom Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice. For new customers, payment may be required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved credit terms for qualified businesses.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. If you receive defective products or products that do not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and, at our discretion, reprint the order or provide a refund for defective items.

9. Limitation of Liability

Custom Packaging liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Custom Packaging and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
